Geoscientist

I am interested in the processes and sources related to critical element deposits such as magmatic–hydrothermal REE deposits (Gallinas Mts, New Mexico), volcanogenic Be–U deposits and rare element pegmatites. My work combines field work, experimental studies and advancing novel analytical techniques to identify the processes involved in the formation of critical element deposits and define exploration criteria.

Expertise

  • REE deposits
  • Volcanogenic Be–U deposits
  • LCT pegmatites
  • Major and trace element geochemistry
  • Stable and radiogenic isotopes
  • Geochronology (U–Pb, Sm–Nd)

If the above expertise falls within the scope of your project, I’d be happy to support you.
